Hi,
Can any one help me how to code for Examination under anesthesia 27570 and diagnostic arthroscopy 29870 as during the discussion it was documented that the patient is undergoing arthroscopy to find out pathology and surgical management for the pathology at the same time before starting the procedure 29870 physician examined the knee with EUA 27570 i coded both with 59 modifier for 27570 but it was deleted can anybody suggest me for the proper reporting in the above scenario
