Again new to ortho, what ICD-9 code would be used for Status post right total hip replacement doing well., this is the only issue the doc saw pt for. Pt is a Medicare patient

V43.64=status post hip replacement; however, this is a 2ndry dx only. You'll need to consult with your physician regarding the primary. Maybe V54.81...
