Patient had a resection of the humeral head with placement of a antibiotic spacer for osteomyelitis and septic arthritis. The infection has healed and patient returns for reverse total shoulder. Since the patient no longer has an infection what diagnosis code would you use?

I'm assuming that the patient had a previous shoulder replacement which became infected?
