Wiki diagnosis for billing biopsy of a rash

We had a patient present with a rash, extensive, with a lot of hx that I won't go into right now. I can't use the 238.2 as a diagnosis as it is not a neoplasm,. She is trying to find out what the rash is, so what code or codes would I use. She has folliculitis, but I don't think medicare will pay for that. She the doctor, said I could use erythroderma but when I go on the Medicare website and match diagnosis to procedure, it is not a match. Any suggestions?

if all the patient has is a rash I would use 782.1

I agree code as a rash or if it is extensive and on goin then perhaps just skin disorder.. 709.-
