I would suggest V67.59 - because ablation means removal of material from the surface of an object by vaporization, chipping, or other erosive processes. So the ICD code V67.59 states follow up following any therapy or treatment so I considered V67.59. Please add your inputs.

Maybe V67.09 (follow-up examination following other surgery)? I like this code better because it does state that the patient had surgery.

V45.89 is secondary only allowed, so I agree with V67.59 for followup from an ablation.
