we've got a patient with a complex ovarian cyst that has grown so large the "left ovary has been virtually replaced by a cystic mass". I don't think 620.2 tells the whole story, but can't think of anything else. When I look up 'mass, cystic' it advises to see 'cyst'. So my question is this: should I stick with the 620.2 or even though it's cystic in nature, or can I look at hyperplasia, 620.8? Opinions?
