I have a case of a Diagnostic Lap with IUD removal behind the bowels. Do I use 49329 with V25.12 or the 49320 with 49402 with the V25.12. Thanks
 
I'd use 49329 and maybe diagnosis 996.32 iud malfuntion.
I wouldn't use that V code unless its a routine removal.
