Wiki Diag code 368.01

Our office is an Ophthalmology office and we keep geeting denials for DX.Code 36803 and 37775 which are Ambloypia refractive and Cortical visual impairment. We have always got paid and since the first of the year they are all being denied. Is this happening to anyone else?

I was going to look these up in code correct to see why the DX may be causing the denial, however; neither of those codes come up. I don't have my CPT book on me. These are probably deleted codes.
