Wiki Dev testing with Well Child

I need some help..we just started billing developmental testing in our office. How do you bill a well child that has normal dev testing...

for abnormal testing we code

99392-25 DX: V20.2
96110 DX: V20.2 and 315.4 or appropriate code

Any help or guidelines will be greatly appreciated

My office has been billing 96110 with dx V20.2. We haven't had any problems getting paid doing it that way.
