Can anyone share their criteria for a detailed exam for podiatry using 95 guidelines? For a detailed exam, 2-7 ba/os needs to be documented, 1 in detail. Each lower extremity is listed as a body area but is it possible to get a detailed exam if it's limited to the foot? For example, would you consider this a detailed exam of the right lower extremity:

Pulses are palpable bilaterally and capillary refill is immediate. There are no open lesions noted, and skin integrity is intact. Protective sensations are grossly intact bilaterally. Pain is elicited upon dorsiflexion and plantar flexion of the R 2nd and 3rd digits. Pain is also elicited on palpation of the R 2nd inter-metatarsal space, and there is a positive Mulder's and Tinnel's sign noted with positive distal radiation and paresthesias elicited on palpation and percussion. Range of motion and manual muscle testing is within normal limits to the feet bilaterally.

Any opinions are welcome!
Thanks,
Sue
