Can someone please help me. I am coding for Dermatopathology. The Pathologists received a specimen of the arm. The Pathologist chopped the specimen in 8 sections. The Pathologists has only one diagnosis however, there is a report on each section. Do you bill for the just the specimen of the arm or the specimen and each section that the Pathologist has done the work on?

Just the one code from 88300-88309, it doesn't matter how he chops it up after receiving the specimen
