Wiki Dermal Allograft with Rotator cuff tear

What code do you use for a human dermal allograft performed with an arthroscopic rotator cuff repair? CPT 15777 is for the trunk or breast, so should CPT 17999 be used or is it bundled to the repair?

It is generally bundled into the repair, though you could conceivably use a -22 modifier.
Cannot use 15777, and 29999 would be the appropriate unlisted code, if you were to try that code (which is reasonable, just unlikely to get paid)
