Dermagraft was applied in ASC. It was billed as 15365 for ASC charges and 15365 + Q4106 as professional charges. Is this appropriate? I mean Im not sure if Q4106 can be billed as profesional charge. I think it should be billed as 15365 & Q4106 for ASC and only 15365 for professional charges.
 
I agree. We don't bill for it when done at the facility, but can bill for it when done just in our office. (I'm not an ASC biller...just a physician biller)
