Dementia, Parkinsons

Need some input please!! A patient has diagnoses of Dementia, and also Parkinsons. We are in disagreement on whether the correct codes should be 1-(294.8, 332.0 ) , 2-( 331.82, 294.10) or 3- ( 332.0, 294.10). Thanks for your help.
