Good morning,

I will be presenting a session for my primary care doctors on the G0444 and the G0442 (and the like) We would like a comprehensive overview--not just medicare and medicaid.
Does anyone have any experience billing this to commercial insurances, is the 99420 the only option we have? If so, what was your experience on getting paid?
