I have a patient who had a depo (contraception), kenalog, and a dexamethasone injection. I wanted to know do i bill the 96372 more than once and if so will i need a modifier attached to it?

You bill 96372 for each physical injection. If all three are in one shot, it's one admin. If two are in one shot and one in another, it's two admins. If each drug is in it's own shot, it's three admins. As for a modifier, that is payer specific, so you'll want to check with them on the proper billing procedure. Hope that helps. Good luck.
