Wiki Depo Medrol and NDC reporting

How do you bill 120mg of Depo Medrol when it is drawn from the same 80mg vial? The NDC codes are different for 80mg & 40mg. Can you use the same NDC for 2 different J codes?

Any help is appreciated!
