I have a patient in hospital observation due to bleeding gums after a tooth extraction. And coagulopathy due to warfarin. I am not finding any dx codes to fit the bleeding gums. Any help is appreciated!

Since this was enough of a bleed to put the patient into observation and is a "postop bleed", I would code as - 998.11, V58.61

However, watch using the V58.61. Make sure this is a long-term medication and not just short-term use of anticoagulants.
