Wiki Denials on ekg's

Mdcr is denying 93000 ekg billed with the new annual GO438. We normally bill
the GO438 and separate EM denoted by 25 modifier and recieve payment. However i've found that ekgs are not being paid . Any info would be much appreciated. Thank you.

We ended up talking to some one at Medicare and they advised us to use mod 59 on the EKG Hope this helps
