Wiki Denials for 20611 Mediblue Blue Cross

Since January we still have not been reimburse for this new code. The denial is non covered charges. We have done two levels of appeals with no appropriate denial as to why. Just a computer generated letter that they returned unsigned . that says non covered charges . Availlaty there website is horrendous and gives me no information. Is anyone having this problem. I wrote to the state insurance department. Because its a medicare advantage plan .they cannot help

I bill for an Ortho group in Farmington and have no problems with reimbursement from Medicare Plus Blue for 20611, turnaround less than 10 days, so its not the code with Medicare Plus Blue. Hope that helps.
