Urogyne: We billed Aetna for 52281, 57288, 57250, 57423, 57425, 58571, S2900. All but 52281 and S2900 were paid. Denied 52281 for bundling, and we don't have any luck getting S2900 paid . Is there a modifier we should be attaching to S2900 to get this paid?
