Hi can someone please help me on this, my ER dr delivered a baby in the ER can I bill an E/M code with the Delivery code? I was thinking maybe not since his procedure note only has him taking care of the delivery not doing to much of a history/ros and physical exam but then again he didn't complete the ER chart..any and all help would really be appreciated..alice
