Wiki Delivery of Twins C-Section x2

Our doctor performed a double c section on a patient that had no prior OB Care in our office (Delivery only). What codes would be used for this? 59514 for both babies with a reduction of services modifier on one of the delivery codes?

Any information would be very helpful.

use modifier to show increase work (for the second baby) you will probably have to provide notes but you should get paid
