I have seen some older posts and they had different responses, so I thought I would try this again...

We had a patient that we have seen for all prenatal care. Patient delivered baby and placenta in car on route to hospital. No repair needed. Dr completed exam upon arrival to hospital. Wouldn't we code the antepartum care for the prenatal visits, a hospital visit for the exam, and the post-partum visit when she returns?
