Wiki Decreased Reimbursement

Is anyone seeing a decrease in reimbursements this year? Our numbers are really low and we are trying to figure out where and why. Any help would be appreciated.

It depends on a lot of factors. What is your scope of practice? What commercial plans are you in network with? What % of your patients are Medicare? Is there a difference in your patient volume?

We are primary and urgent, no decrease in patients and no changes in insurance we take. That is the weird part. nothing has changed. We should not see a decrease in reimbursement
