Is this CPT 11042 or 27301? Op report is attached. Encoder description of 27031 does describe it as disseciton carried through the deep subcutaneous tissue. The op report states that infection was superficial and didn't track past the subcutaneous adipose layer. So then I'm thinking 11042. Can anyone help?
