Physician did a distal triceps debridement of partial tear/tendinosis. The only think I can come up with is 24341 ? But it isn't really a repair ? He also did
excision olecranon bursa 24105. Would the triceps debridement be bundled ?

there was thinning of the distal triceps attachment site with tendinosis identified. There was a small hole at the attachment site of the triceps insertion on the proximal ulna. This poor tendon appearance was debrided and an ellipse of abnormal tissue was excised. The area was irrigated with copious amounts of sterile normal saline. Care was taken to protect the ulnar nerve with this treatment leaving it in its fibrous-osseous groove. The triceps debridement site was then closed side- to-side with #0 Vicryl suture, etc.
