Debridement of vesicle left lower leg:

Indication: Friable traumatic vesicle left shin

Anesthetic: None

The left lower shin was prepped with chlorhexidine. Utilizing iris scissors and forceps a very thin friable vesicle was debrided. Fluid drained was clear yellow. Bacitracin dressing applied post procedure. Patient tolerated the procedure well and there were no complications.
