Wiki Debate in office about fracture care

Hello.
We are debating in my office about whether a non-orthopedic physician can charge fracture care. I am under the assumption that a family practice physician can charge fracture care; some people disagree with me. Looking for clarification on this topic.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, some primary care physicians perform fracture care for the simpler fractures.
