I'm wondering if anyone has billed GYN surgeries with DaVinci assist? Our facility recently purchased a DaVinci and we are wondering about any billing issues that may come with that - either professional or facility? Thanks.
Currently there isn't a billable cpt code for robotic assistance. You would use the laparscopy codes for surgery, and add s2900 to let the ins co know it was done with the Robot.
