I have a question, can I bill a date span of 11/1/24 - 11/30/24 and bill 10 units? Or do I need to put each date that the patient/family was seen? 11/1/24 - 11/1/24 3 units, 11/15/24 - 11/15/24 4 units, etc. What is the correct way, I cannot find any guidance for this.
