For cpt code 91110 video capsule for the date of service do we bill the procedure date or the date the report was read?

Depends.

Is it being done in the office and your doc/practice own the equipment? Then the day it's done.

Is your doc only reading and reporting on the capsule? Date of reading then with a 26 modifier.
