If our Provider orders a ct, us, or x-ray and we have the capacity to due the TC portion of it and then it is read by an Outside source, Can we count as an interpretation in the complexity of data Column If read at a subsequent encounter.

My Center also has the capacity to perform the technical component of CT/Xray and send out for the professional reading. It looks like the Technical Corrections to the EM Guidelines allows radiology tests, where only the technical component is charged, to be counted. Having said that, we are seeking opinions of others. NAMAS has a free Webinar 3/19/21 on the Technical Corrections.
