Pathology reads: Intradermal nevus with congenital features, extending to the lateral margins. Since the description says - "WITH CONGENITAL FEATURES"- would that code to Q82.5?

I know I've seen other path reports that say for instance- Well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma with features of keratoacanthoma... and I know that would still code to SCC, not keratoacanthoma, so a bit confused on how to code these sorts of nevi.
