Hi,
My Urologist was called in during a c-section to do an emergency cystoscopy to rule out a bladder injury. The OB could not see the bladder outline after she took down dense adhesions. He (the Urologist) has sent me the op report to code and I am at a loss as to what to use for a dx. I cannot use a rule-out and happily there wasn't any injury to the bladder, no hematuria.
All suggestions and guidance is appreciated.
