I am taking over the billing/coding process for a hopsital-based CF clinic for multiple providers...MDs, RTs, RDs, etc. The previous billing process was lacking at best but so many services are provided to these patients during this clinic....spirometry, glucose testing, oximetry, social work, etc that I want to be sure all charges are captured for all parties involved. Does anybody out there bill for this kind of clinic that could give me some advice? Much appreciated!!
