Wiki Cyst removal

Our provider removed 9 cysts on the scalp with a mini-incision of 1 cm. Two of the cysts are 3cm x 3cm and we are wondering how to bill for these. Do we bill the size of the cyst or the size of the incision?

Sorry for the delayed response! Unlike other types of excisions, when cysts are removed via a small excision they are to be measured based on the cyst size.
