Wiki CVP Line & S-Ganz Line Placement

In the past I have been told that if both the CVP & S-Ganz line is place you can only bill for the S-Ganz. But in researching the other day, I have found the CVP line pays more and checking the edits in CMS, there is not an edit for these 2 codes.

Can someone verify if this has changed?? If both lines can be billed?? or if we still only bill for the S-Ganz??
