I have over 10 years experience doint both working from home and onsite billing/coding for various disciplines from Physical Medicine, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, MSW, Vascular & Transplant coding, OB/GYN, ER, Home Health & Hospice. Would also consider part time in office position if available in the Midlothian/Richmond VA area. Excellent knowledge of insurances: PPO, HMO, Indemnity, Worker's Compensation, EMR, EOBs, ERAs, work with insurance reimbursement process on a daily basis, billing on UB04's and HCFA's...proficient in CPT-4 coding, ICD-9 coding, HCPCS, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, posting of charges and payments, claims follow up, account review and collections.
