Wiki CTA Thoracicodorsal Artery - Please Help

I need to help get an auth for the above procedure. There is not a report yet as the test has not been done. From what I understand, this is being done prior to breast reconstruction and the physician wants to check the artery near the side, toward the back before taking a flap for the reconstruction. Should I go with a CTA of the chest? 71275? Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
