Indiana Medicaid will not authorize/pay for this code. Patient has tonsil cancer going through chemo...now has such an obstruction cannot pass scope not even a baby scope on this grown male.

Any suggestions HELP PLEASE AND THANK YOU

What DX are you using? What's the relationship between the cancer and the CT?
