I have a CRNA, that when out of the office gets filled in by another CRNA. Just wanting to make sure I understand this correctly. My CRNA is only contracted with MCR therefore I will need to complete 855 form to have the covering CRNA added to the practice. No modifier needed? If noncontracted, just bill out with the covering CRNA on the claim form.
