Wiki CRNA modifiers

Hi, my question is we are an ASC and I do coding for our anesthesia group also we have one anesthesiologist and one CRNA the question i have is when both are in different rooms and different cases at the same time would I use a modifier QZ for the CRNA even though the Dr is really supervising but not medically directing?
