Wiki Critical Care Time ED

This question is regards to ED Physician chart/report where Phys clearly documents they spent critical care time with Patient in the ED but does not document critical care time -

Am I able to return the chart/report to ED Physician for addenda to add critical care time to the report?

Yes provider can add the time to their report but do so in a timely manner if possible.
