Hi...can we bill critical care 99291 with the outpt place of service? Per the CPT book"30 minutes of Critical Care provided by physician to a critically ill or injured pt, regardless of the location"...so can I assume they are talking about the POS? Thank you Sandy

Yes you can. Critical care can be performed anywhere, as long as the documentation supports the work done.
