Wiki Critical Care in ED cpt codes

Is it appropriate to use CPT codes:
Critical Care 99291
Resuscitation 92950
Intubation 31500
Lab does an arterial collection 36600
Can we use the 36600 because the lab is performing this. According to the CPT book this is included in 99291 but it is listed under Professional Services? We would not be billing this as professional service it would be hospital charge?
