Wiki critical care code 99219 question

I am working in Pediatrics office. office visit was codes for critical care 99219. after provider called EMS.
Case: patient was 6 years old, male, CC: left lower quadrant pain, unable to walk, screaming, provider was codes for critical care after called EMS, provider was monitor patient condition in exam room until EMS arrived and transport to ED. provider was discussed case with ER physician.
Code: 99219

my question is, in office visit setting, can be code 99219? please advice. thanks

30 minutes or more direct care provided by physician or other qualified health care professional to critically ill or injured patient, any location

Yes, clinics included. Critical care is not an "in-patient only" code, can be billed at any location.
