Wiki Crisis coding - 90840

Does anyone know if there is a daily limit for number of units one is able to bill for CPT 90840 in the state of Oregon? Not sure how you can limit a crisis situation, however, I received a denial when I tried to bill for more than 5 hours of crisis.

I am getting denials also on this add on code. Specifically on more than 3 units, I am getting a medically unlikely denial.

MUE is 3 so if payers follows NCCI, appeal with notes will always be necessary.
