Wiki CPT help requested: R Axilary Thoracotomy w/R first rib resection

I have the rib resection coded as 32900 however I'm not sure how to code the thoracotomy. I'm new to coding and any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Makes sense

Well 21615 makes much more sense the 32900. Thank you for that. Any idea on the axillary thoracotomy? I ended up using the unlisted procedure, neck and thorax code: 21899.
