I was wondering if you could help me with coding for this procedure. Dr. will be performing a VY Plasty with Vaginal Dilation and dx. 0uqg7zz. Per the notes from yesterday’s visit –
Pelvic exam shows the vaginal vault has completely closed up. Her labia has fused together and is obscuring the urethra. Cystoscopy unable to be performed due to this. The urine is leaking through the vaginal opening. I will have her scheduled for corrective surgery.
